Wednesday December 4^th, 2024, 1:00PM at the Walkerton Knights of Columbus Hall 1658 Highway 9 Walkerton (between Walkerton and Mildmay).

The Bluewater Chapter of the Ontario Building Officials Association is pleased to host an afternoon information session on the NEW 2024 Ontario Building Code Wednesday, December 4^th from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. at the Walkerton Knights of Columbus Hall, 1658 Highway 9, Walkerton.

The information session will focus on the NEW 2024 Part 2 – Farm Buildings and NEW 2024 changes to Part 9 – Housing and Small Buildings. The 2024 Ontario Building Code will see further harmonization with the National Building Code of Canada to standardized code requirements across Canada.

The 2024 Ontario Building Code Information Session is FREE for attendees. Coffee and refreshments will be available. This event is being hosted and sponsored by the Bluewater Chapter of the Ontario Building Officials Association in part due to the success of our annual Builders Forum Event.
